Bokseonggak is a Chinese restaurant that serves real Chinese food as well as the standard Korean version of Chinese food that you would find at any of the "Chinese" places in Korea. The real Chinese food is at a much higher price than the Korean style "Chinese" food and that is not what we ordered. Here you will find a review of the jjajangmyeon (black bean noodle), fried rice and tangsuyuk (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce).
The atmosphere in this place seems like a super fancy family style Chinese restaurant you might find in the West. The tables are huge and spacious and it is a great place for groups. There is even a traditional Chinese looking structure that looks like it is a built for a king with a table in it that you can dine in. This is the ideal place for work events or large groups because there is tons of space and a classy atmosphere.
The food was also very good. The jjajangmyeon had a ton of veggies and seafood in it as did the fried rice. The tangsuyuk was also delicious and came with a nice blend of sauce to fried pork. Some places put way too much sauce so that the breading becomes soggy after a while, but this place made it right.
